But My Family Has Allergies?!
The majority of these recipes are naturally gluten and dairy free. However, they are written “normally” as for a family with no allergies. BUT they are easily adaptable to be gluten & dairy free!
We have people with a dairy allergy in our family so the recipes are adaptable for that. At our house if a dish calls for dairy, we save their portions out and add the dairy at the end or serve the dairy as a side at the table.
We also have wheat sensitivity at our house so we make a portion with a substitute, or make the whole dish with an alternative to wheat.
