I’m so excited about this resource! I subscribed to the newsletter so I can access the free resource library, but I’m not getting any kind of email back with a password. How do I get access?

Hi thank you so much for your tips. I’m from Colombia and I want to make homeschooling but I was looking for information before starting. Could you please help me to get the free books I tried to download them but they ask me a password. Thank you so much this will help me a lot.

As a homeschool mom of 24 years, in my opinion, you have gathered a lot of great ideas and techniques that really streamline things to make them work. I would add to what you shared “Reduce the number of toys, books, clothes, extracurricular activities and spend more time modeling the behaviors, habits and skills you want your kids to have. Whatever they see you do and enjoy they will want to do. It’s so much easier to have them decide they want to than to drag them along ‘Because I said you should learn this’. The things I love doing they have far surpassed me in skill and performance level and the things I don’t love doing that I insisted they needed to do they’re still dragging their feet on. I am a musician whose children have taken off with many more instruments, practice hours and enthusiasm than I had at their ages. They love to build things and create with fiber, paint, baking and building because they saw how I love doing those things. I didn’t show them how I love to write and they don’t enjoy it the same way. I have always loved babies and had a bunch. There’s always time for the baby. My children love babies and I have to fight for my turn to tend the nieces and nephews or the neighbors baby when I’m the one that volunteered. Show, don’t tell so much.”

I LOVE this. So many good reminders. I’m gonna rework a few things like with Table Time. I also LOVE remembering to allow mess to happen and clean it up afterwards. Sometimes I feel like that is what I do all day long- remind people to clean up after themselves.
